ANGLE CUT
Normally angle cut is carried out with the workpiece pressed to the rip fence:
•
Adjust the saw blade (4) according to the desired angle (
Fig. 21
).
•
Adjust the rip fence (7) according to the width and the height of the workpiece.
•
Cut the workpiece according to the workpiece’s width (see the paragraph about the cutting of small and
very small pieces).
CROSSCUT
•
Place the rip fence with goniometer on the rail on the left of the workbench and select the desired angle.
•
The workpiece must be leant on the goniometer (7)

and blocked firmly.
•
Start the machine.
•
Push the goniometer (7) and the workpiece against the saw blade in order to cut.
Warning
: Cut only pieces properly leant and blocked. Do never cut if the workpiece is not blocked properly.
•
Keep on pushing the goniometer (7) until you cut it completely.
•
Stop again the saw. Remove the chips only when the saw blade is completely still.
DUST COLLECTION
The dust of various kinds of wood is dangerous for human health, so we recommend you to connect the table
saw to a single or centralized dust collection device to remove the dust which has been produced during
processing. We advise you also to make a general cleaning of the machine to remove all the dust that has not
been extracted during processing.
Connect the aspiration pipe to the Ø 100 coupling
(14) Fig. 2
located in the lower part of the machine. This
coupling must always be connected also to the aspiration pipe of the upper protective cap to extract the dust
efficaciously.
The external device must have an aspiration capacity superior to 800 m3/h to ensure an aspiration speed of at
least 23/m>/sec with dry dust and of 28/m sec with dust having an humidity percentage bigger than 18%.
MANTEINANCE
WARNING!
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY ADJUSTMENT OR MAINTENANCE TASK, ENSURE
THAT THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF AND THAT THE PLUG IS REMOVED FROM
THE SOCKET.
In case you find out any damage to the protection devices or irregularities while processing or checking the
machine, you must get it repaired immediately by qualified persons.
Before use check that the protection and safety devices are perfectly efficient. After carrying out the work, make
a general cleaning of the machine by removing dust and chips.
In case of intensive use of the machine, the frequency of the can be the following one:
1- Daily
Extract periodically sawdust that can pile up inside the machine and clean the ventilation inlets of the engine.
Be sure that the protective cap can slide freely.
2. Weekly
Be sure that the saw blade group can smoothly lift, lower and angle from 0 to 45°.
3. Monthly
Check the saw blade brake time, and if it is longer than 10 seconds take the machine to an after sales service.
Check the noise of the engine periodically.
Periodically check that the supply cable is not damaged.
Remove the dirt from the workbench by means of a suitable maintenance spray.
