Perform the following maintenance every 250 hours
or one year of operation, whichever comes first.

Draining the Fuel Tank
•
Replacing the Fuel Filter Element
•
Changing the Engine Oil and Replacing the
Engine Oil Filter Element
•
Checking or Replacing the Seawater Impeller
•
Replacing the Zinc Anode
•
Changing the Coolant
•
Cleaning the Intake Silencer (Air Cleaner)
Element
•
Cleaning the Turbo-charger
•
Cleaning the Exhaust/Seawater Mixing Elbow
• Damage of Belt
•
Checking the Wiring Connectors
•
Tightening All Major Nuts and Bolts

Replacing the Fuel Filter Element
WARNING
• When removing any fuel system component
to perform maintenance (such as replacing
the fuel filter), put an approved container
under the opening to catch the fuel. Never use
a shop rag to catch the fuel. Vapors from the
rag are flammable and explosive. Wipe up any
spills immediately. Wear eye protection. The
fuel system is under pressure and fuel could
spray out when removing any fuel system
component.
• Perform this check with engine off and key
removed to avoid contact with moving parts.
