7. PERIODIC SERVICE

Check the Transmission Hydraulic Oil
Level
Read the Lx410/450/490 tractor
Operator's Manual
for the procedure on how to check the transmission
hydraulic oil level. When checking the transmission
hydraulic oil level, lower the loader bucket and the 3-
point hitch to the ground. Add transmission hydraulic
oil as necessary.

Before any routine operation, check the tractor’s
transmission hydraulic oil level. If the transmission
hydraulic oil level is low, add the appropriate
amount of transmission hydraulic oil. Follow the
procedure described in "Inspect the Transmission
Hydarulic Oil Level" in the "Lx410/450/490
Operator's Manual
".

Regularly check and change the transmission
hydraulic oil and transmission hydraulic oil filter.
Follow the procedure described in "Change the
Transmission Hydraulic Oil, Clean the
Transmission Hydraulic Oil Filter and Replace the
Transmission Hydraulic Oil Filter" in the "Lx410/
450/490

Check the Wheel Bolt Tightening
Torque
When a tire is replaced and the tire tread width is
adjusted, ensure at the following intervals that the
wheel bolt tightening torque is within the specified
tightening torque values:

After the first hour of operation.
●
After every 4 hours of operations until the
tightening torque values are reached and
maintained.

Check the Hydraulic Hoses
Check the hydraulic hoses for fractures/fissures,
cracks or any other damage. If any damage or oil
leaks are found, immediately replace the hydraulic
hose.

Tighten the Loader Mount Bolt
At the first 10 hours of operation, tighten the ten bolts
located on each side of the loader mount to the
specified torque. See the table below for the
specified torque.

1. Daily Checks
●
Always keep the wheel bolts tightened to the
specified torque.
●
Do not under any circumstances drive the
tractor with the loose wheel bolts.
