2) Removal of Arm
Procedure
(1) Remove the bucket.
(2)
Remove the
nut

(M1

) and pull out the pins

.
Then
remove the bucket link
3
and the bucket arms
4
.
(3) Lightly place the top end of the arm
5
on the ground per-
pendicularly to the ground.
(4)
Remove the hydraulic hoses from the bucket cylinder
1
,
and remove the bolt
2
(M10) to pull out the pin
3
. Then
remove the bucket cylinder
1
.
Note :
Rope the bucket cylinder and remove it using a lifting device.
(5)
After roping the arm
1
, remove the bolt
2
(M10) and
remove the pin
3
from the arm cylinder
4
(on the rod
side).
Note :
Place a block under the arm cylinder.
(6)
Remove the bolt
5
(M10) and pull out the arm pin
6
.
Then remove the arm
1
using a lifting device.
Approximately
90 degrees
