TROUBLESHOOTING

Faults that cannot be rectified with the help of the following table must  

be referred to an authorised service centre.

not running.

No Power.

Check power outlet is turned ON.

Residual pressure in high 
pressure hose.

Press the gun trigger on spray gun.

ON/OFF switch set to “0” OFF.

Set the ON/OFF switch to “I” ON 
position.

Motor protection has 
activated.

Allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Output pressure is 
steady but too low.

High pressure hose is 
damaged.

Change the high pressure hose.

Leaks in the high pressure 
connections.

Hand tighten high pressure screw 
connections.

Leaks in the 
machine.

Internal leaks.

Consult authorised service centre.

Hose connections loose.

Hand-tighten the water intake 
adapter and the high pressure 
hose screw connections.

Irregular operating 
pressure.

Air in the inlet water hose.

Check the supply hose and hose 
connection, replace if necessary.

Inadequate water supply.
