4.4.4 Nut 1 of the gear retaining 3 and counter balance 2 should be tightened with the
moment of force from 180 to 300 Nwm (from 18.0 to 30.0 kfg m) and locked using the
bending of the overhang of the washer edge into the nut slot.
4.4.5 Back oil deflector 5 should be pressed on the crankshaft bearing
so that the dimension B was from 0.5 to 1.5 mm and locked using the pressing of the oil
reflector edge into four holes n the crankshaft bearing.
4.4.6 Pins 6 should be pressed in crankshaft so that the dimension B was from 18 to 20
mm.
4.5 Camshaft
4.5.1 Bolts 7 (picture 4.5) of the gear fastening 1 of the crankshaft to the drive gear 2 of
the fuel pump should be tightened with the moment of force from 32 to 44 Nwm (from 3.2 to
4.4 kfg m).
Instead of bolts 7 bolts 310110-
П2 without spring washers could be installed. At that
before the tightening of the bolts for two-three threads they should be lubricated with sealant
«Uniherm-9» or «Anaterm-114» or «Anaterm-202» and bolts should be tightened with the
moment of force from 44 to 56 Nwm (from 4.4 to 5.6 kfg m).
4.5.2 Nut 6 of the gear retaining should be tightened with the moment of force from 270
to 320 Nwm (from 27.0 to 32.0 kfg m) and locked using the bending of the two overhang of
the washer edges 4 at the nut flat.
4.5.3 Clearance А between the thrust flange 2 and crankshaft bearing should be from 0.06
to 0.21 mm.
4.5.4 Thrust flange 2 should rotate free without constraints in the crankshaft bearing.
