The RUN light on the keypad will flash if the Run command is entered when the frequency reference is 0 Hz or below the value set in
E1-09 [Minimum Output Frequency]
. Examine the setting for the frequency reference input and enter a value more than or equal to the
E1-09

Use the MFAI terminals A1, A2, and A3 to input an analog frequency reference with a voltage or current input
signal.
