Inspection and Maintenance of a Multi-Winding Drive System
This section describes the inspection and maintenance of a multi-winding drive system.
(1) Inspections for a Multi-Winding Drive System
The multi-winding drive unit, SERVOPACKs, and converters do not need to be inspected every day. Perform
the following inspections at least once every year. Other routine inspections are not required.
(2) Parts Replacement Schedule for a Multi-Winding Drive System
The following electric or electronic parts in the multi-winding drive unit, SERVOPACKs, and converters are
subject to mechanical wear or deterioration over time. Refer to the following tables for the standard replace-
ment periods.

• Surrounding air temperature: Annual average of 30°C
• Load factor: 80% max.
• Operation rate: 20 hours/day max.
