4.2.2 Changing the IP Address
It is possible to change the set IP address “192.168.1.x” to any required IP address.

• Procedure
The procedure to change the IP address from “192.168.1.x” to “223.223.3.x” is explained here by taking
Windows XP as an example.
1. In this explanation, it is assumed that the IP address of the PC is set to “192.168.1.2” and that of the
Adapter Unit to “192.168.1.1.”
2. Change the IP address of the Adapter Unit to “223.223.3.2.”
a) Start the Adapter Tool.
b) Select
Setting - Ethernet Setting...
from the main menu.
The
IP Address Setting
dialog box appears.
c) Enter “223.223.3.2” in the IP Address textbox and click
OK
.
