Maintenance and Inspection
Periodic Inspections
The following table gives the periodic inspection items for a Servomotor. The
inspection periods given in the table are guidelines. Determine the optimum
inspection periods based on the application conditions and environment.
• Before you perform any maintenance or inspection work, turn OFF the power
supply, confirm that the CHARGE indicator on the front of the SERVOPACK
has gone out, and then use a tester to check the voltage between the positive
and negative terminals on the SERVOPACK. Start inspection work only after
you have confirmed that the main circuit voltage has dropped.
• All inspection and maintenance work must be performed only by qualified
engineers.
• Contact your Yaskawa representative for help with failures, repairs, or part
replacement.
CAUTION
If there is any main circuit voltage left, the risk of electric shock still exists.
Do not touch the Servomotor or any wiring.
There is a risk of electric shock or injury.
