correspond to the values on the rating plate of the product. Power cable plug must fit into the mains socket. It is forbidden to alter 

the plug.

The product must be connected directly to a single wall mains socket. it is forbidden to use extension cables, splitters and double 

sockets. Circuit power supply network must be equipped with a grounding conductor and protection for 16 A. 

Avoid contact of the power cable with sharp edges and hot objects and surfaces. When the product is working, the power cable 

must always be fully unwind, and its location should be set so, it would be no obstacle during the operation of the product. Placing 

the power cable can cause a tripping hazard. The power outlet should be located in such a place, that there would be always 

possible to quickly disconnect the power cable plug. When disconnecting the power cable plug, you should always pull by the 

plug housing, never by the cable. 

If the power cable or plug are damaged, you should immediately disconnect them from the mains and contact authorized service 

of the manufacturer for replacement. Do not use the product with a damaged cable or plug. The power cable or plug can not be 

repaired, in the event of a failure of these elements they should be replaced with a new ones, free from defects. 

In case of disconnection or power failure of the product you should wait at least five minutes before reconnecting it to the mains 

again. 

Recommendation for storing food products

Do not place the acid and spicy products in the aluminium containers. To store such products use containers made of stainless 

steel.

When you are placing the food inside the refrigerated display cabinet you should maintain spacing. This will allow for the air 

circulation, which will improve cooling efficiency and reduce operating costs. 

If the capacity of the product has been determined by the amount and type of GN containers, it means, that the product is intended 

for the storage of food is placed only in the GN containers. It is prohibited to place food directly in such products or place it in 

other kinds of containers than GN. It is recommended to use containers GN YATO. In the products you can use GN container of 

depth up to 40 cm. 

Climate class

Climate class determined in accordance with standard EN ISO 23953-2 by digit or according to the standard EN 62552 by a letter 

or letters, which means environmental conditions in which the product should work to the cooling compartment temperature does 

not exceed the scope of work which guarantees safe storage of food products. Standard EN ISO 23953-2 specifies the maximum 

ambient temperature and the relative humidity, while EN 62552 specifies the range of ambient temperature. The following table 

reflects the environmental conditions for a given climatic class. In order to obtain more detailed information, please refer to the 

content of the in above-mentioned standards.

PRODUCT SERVICE

Installation and start up of the product

you should unpack the product, completely removing all the elements of the package. It is recommended to keep the packaging, 

may be helpful for later transport and storage of the product. 

Depending on the type of product you should mount the GN shelves or GN containers. If the product allows for the shelf height 

adjustment you should adjust all the adjustable elements, so to the shelves were attached firmly and horizontally. 

Choose the place of installation in accordance with the instructions, which are presented above. At the place of installation you 

should carefully level the product. If the product is equipped with adjustable stands, leveling can performed by adjusting them. 

Inaccurate leveling of the product will result in a loud operation.

If the product is equipped with wheels when you set the product at the place of destination you should lock their ability to move. 

Using the brakes or wedges. 

Wash the product in accordance with the instructions from the point “Product maintenance”.
