Climatic class
Climatic class indicated as per EN ISO 23953-2 norm by means of a numeric character or a
letter or letters indicates the operating conditions of the product so that the temperature in re-
frigeration chambers does not exceed the operating range which guarantees safe foodstu
ff
s
storing conditions. EN ISO 23953-2 norm determines the maximum ambient temperature
and relative humidity, whereas EN 62552 norm determines ambient temperature range.

PRODUCT HANDLING
Installation and start-up of the product
Product should be unpacked, completely removing all packaging components. It is recommended to keep the packaging, it may
be helpful for subsequent product transportation and storage.
Depending on product type, mount shelves or GN containers.
The product can be
fi
tted with factory installed shelves. Position of shelves can be adjusted to suit your own needs. To do this,
change the position of guides in case of pull-out shelves or brackets in case of
fi
xed shelves. Guides or brackets should be
mounted in such a way so that the shelves are
fi
xed and mounted horizontally.
Choose the place of product installation as per the aforementioned recommendations. Level the product thoroughly at the place of
installation. If the product has been
fi
tted with adjustable stands, it can be levelled using these stands. Inaccurate product levelling
will result in loud operation.
If the product has been
fi
tted with wheels, block their movement ability after the product has been placed at the target location.
Using brakes or wedges.
Wash the product according to instructions contained in “Product Maintenance” section.
Close the product door.
After twelve hours required for stabilizing the operating
fl
uids in product systems, connect the plug of power cable to the mains
socket and turn on the device using the switch. Sound of the running compressor will be heard and sound of the
fl
owing
fl
uid in
the refrigeration system may be heard.
Adjust the temperature and other settings as per instructions in “Control panel operation” section.
Wait until the inside of the product reaches the set temperature.
Previously cooled products should be placed inside refrigerated display cases. Both chilled products and products to be chilled
may be placed inside cabinets and tables. Temperature of products should not exceed the room temperature.
Control panel operation
The product has been
fi
tted with a control panel that allows operators adjusting temperature inside the display case and starting
the manual defrosting process.
Arrows are used for setting the temperature, the one pointing upward increases the temperature, and the one pointing downward
decreases it.
The display shows the temperature measured by means of sensors placed inside the product. Temperature can be set within the
range given in the technical data table and on the product nameplate.
Pressing and releasing the “SET” button. It will display the set operating temperature. Pressing and releasing the “SET” button
