Attenzione! Non usare questo utensile per forgiare o forare.
Operazioni preliminari
Selezionare l’utensile adeguato e
fi
ssarlo nel portautensili.
Posizionare l’interruttore della modalità operativa sulla posizione corretta: simbolo del martello - forgiatura; simbolo del martello
e del trapano - foratura a percussione; simbolo del trapano - foratura senza percussione; simbolo del martello con freccia -
impostazione della posizione dello scalpello.
Regolare la velocità dei giri con la manopola (VI). Più alta è la cifra di regolazione, più alta è la velocità dei giri.
Indossare gli otoprotettori, la protezione degli occhi, i guanti da lavoro e protezione delle vie respiratorie.
Inserire la spina del cavo nella presa di corrente.
Prendere una posizione bilanciata, a
ff
errare il trapano con entrambe le mani e avviarlo, premendo con il dito l’interruttore elettrico (VII).
Tenere l’utensile in questo stato per alcuni minuti a
ffi
nché il grasso possa raggiungere tutti gli elementi del meccanismo di
azionamento.
Spegnere il trapano, rilasciando l’interruttore.
Attenzione!
In caso di raschi o rumori sospetti, scollegare immediatamente il trapano a percussione dall’alimentazione elettrica
e consegnarlo alla revisione presso il centro di assistenza autorizzato.
Diodi LED di segnalazione
L’utensile è dotato dei diodi LED per controllare lo stato delle spazzole di carbone del motore e rilevare l’eventuale danneggiamento
del cavo di alimentazione. Il LED contrassegnato con il simbolo della spina dovrebbe accendersi non appena la spina del cavo
di alimentazione venga inserita nella presa. Se il LED non si accende nonostante l’inserimento della spina nella presa, questo
può signi
fi
care l’assenza dell’alimentazione nella presa o il danneggiamento del cavo di alimentazione. Non riparare il cavo
danneggiato, ma sostituirlo con uno nuovo. A
ffi
dare la sostituzione al centro di assistenza autorizzato.
Quando si accende il LED del simbolo della spazzola di carbone, provvedere alla sostituzione delle spazzole di carbone nel
motore. A
ffi
dare la sostituzione al centro di assistenza autorizzato. Lavorare con le spazzole di carbone usurate può danneggiare
il motore e causare i cortocircuiti elettrici che possono provocare l’incendio e/o la scossa elettrica.

Foratura nella ceramica
Foratura in materiali duri e compatti: calcestruzzo, mattone duro, pietra, marmuro, ecc.
Staccata la spina di rete dalla presa della corrente,
fi
ssare nel mandrino portautensile la punta adeguata.
Se necessario, installare l’asta graduata di profondita’ di foratura.
Mediante il selettore del modo operativo, selezionare la foratura con (se disponibile) o senza percussione.
Inserire la spina nella presa elettrica, avviare il trapano mediante l’interruttore di avvio e iniziare il lavoro.
Prevedere intervalli regolari durante il lavoro – non permettere mai il surriscaldamento eccessivo del trapano e del relativo utensile.
E’ consigliabile usare la foratura con percussione soltanto per i materiali ceramici compatti, quali: calcestruzzo, mattone duro,
pietra, ecc. Se desideriamo praticare fori da diametri elevati, e’ consigliabile praticare prima un foro di guida piu’ piccolo,e poi
usare la punta dal diametro desiderato. Usare le punte per foratura con percussione.
E’ sconsigliabile usare la foratura con percussione per i materiali ceramici dalla struttura porosa, quali: piastrelle, mattoni morbidi,
intonaci, ecc. In tal caso, la foratura con percussione puo’ comportare la distruzione del materiale.
Il trapano a percussione e’ dotato di giunto di sicurezza che impedisce il sovraccarico del motore elettrico in caso di arresto
dell’utensile inserito durante il lavoro. Ad esempio, in caso di contatto con barra di armatura per cemento armato. In tal caso, la
punta smette di ruotare nonostante il motore elettrico continui a funzionare.
Inoltre, una pressione eccessiva esercitata durante il lavoro puo’ provocare intervento del giunto di sicurezza.
In tal caso, estrarre l’utensile dal foro, veri
fi
care il corretto funzionamento del trapano a percussione, e ricominciare il lavoro eser-
citando soltanto una pressione necessaria al corretto funzionamento. In caso di contatto con una barra di armatura per cemento
armato o con altri ostacoli metallici nascosti, praticare un foro senza percussione mediante l’uso di una punta per foratura in
metallo dal diametro uguale a quello della punta per perforatori a percussione, e continuare la foratura nella ceramica.
Demolizione
Dopo l’estrazione della spina di rete dalla presa della corrente, installare l’utensile desiderato nel mandrino portautensile: tron-
catore o punzone.
Mettere il selettore del modo operativo sulla posizione di demolizione. Inserire la spina di rete nella presa della corrente, avviare il
trapano a percussione mediante l’interruttore elettrico, attendere il raggiungimento di velocita’ massima, e iniziare il lavoro.
Durante la demolizione non entrare profondamente con l’utensile nel materiale lavorato. Scalpellare il materiale a strati
fi
ni senza
esercitare troppa pressione sul trapano a percussione.
Uso di accessori
I trapani con senso di rotazione reversibile non sono idonei all’uso di accessori di lavoro.
