CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL PRODUCTO
Una unidad de pintura es un dispositivo aislante eléctrico que se utiliza para cubrir la super
fi
cie con un material de revestimiento o
barniz. La unidad no requiere un suministro de aire comprimido externo, el material de revestimiento se bombea desde la unidad
a la pistola con una manguera
fl
exible. Una larga manguera que conecta la pistola con la unidad permite el uso universal del
producto. La unidad está equipada con una bomba que aspira la pintura de cualquier depósito por sí misma. Un trabajo correcto,
fi
able y seguro de la herramienta depende de su operación adecuada, por lo tanto:

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Al utilizar el producto, observe siempre las instrucciones de seguridad que

guran en el manual de instrucciones, así como las
demás instrucciones de seguridad.
No está permitido el uso del producto por parte de niños o personas no entrenadas para su uso.
Este dispositivo no está diseñado para su uso en atmósferas potencialmente explosivas y su uso en dichas atmósferas está
prohibido.
El dispositivo solo puede utilizarse para pulverizar los siguientes materiales de revestimiento líquidos: pinturas de látex, pinturas
acrílicas para pintar paredes y techos, pinturas al aceite para pintar estructuras de acero, esmaltes y tintes para pintar super
fi
cies
de madera.
La unidad no está diseñada para el uso de equipos de atomización y pulverización electrostáticos. Se prohíbe el uso de este tipo
de equipos en este dispositivo, ya que pueden causar una serie de peligros graves para los operarios.
Al utilizar el dispositivo pueden generarse gases, nieblas y vapores tóxicos. La inhalación de estas sustancias supone un grave
riesgo para el operario y las personas presentes en el lugar de trabajo, así como, en condiciones especí
fi
cas, fuera del mismo.
Los gases, nieblas y vapores pueden ser transportados por el aire y recorrer largas distancias. Por lo tanto, siempre se debe pro-
porcionar una ventilación adecuada y e
fi
ciente en el lugar de trabajo. El operario y las personas presentes en el lugar de trabajo
deben llevar protección respiratoria superior y gafas de seguridad. Antes de pulverizar un material de revestimiento, lea y siga la
información proporcionada por su fabricante.
El dispositivo no tiene super
fi
cies o partes que estén al alcance durante el funcionamiento normal, el mantenimiento o la reparación,
pero que no estén normalmente en contacto con el cuerpo humano, que puedan superar los 48 ºC o estar por debajo de 0 ºC.
Los materiales de revestimiento bajo presión y/o el aire comprimido no deben dirigirse hacia personas o animales.
Lea todo el manual de instrucciones de empezar a trabajar con la unidad y guárdelo para futuras consultas. Si transmite el
dispositivo a otras personas, por favor, páselo junto con el manual de instrucciones. El operario debe recibir formación sobre el
funcionamiento, el ajuste, la limpieza y el mantenimiento.
