L’unità di verniciatura è un dispositivo elettrico utilizzato per coprire la super

cie con un materiale di rivestimento o una vernice.
L’unità non richiede l’alimentazione da una fonte esterna di aria compressa, il materiale di rivestimento viene premuto dall’unità
alla pistola tramite un tubo
fl
essibile. Il tubo lungo che collega la pistola all’unità consente l’impiego versatile del prodotto. L’unità
è dotata di una pompa che aspira la vernice da qualsiasi serbatoio. Il funzionamento corretto, a

dabile e sicuro di questo utensile
dipende dal suo buon utilizzo, perciò:

Il dispositivo non è progettato all’uso in atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive e ne è vietato l’uso in tali atmosfere.
Il dispositivo può essere utilizzato solo per spruzzare i seguenti materiali di rivestimento liquidi: vernici al lattice, vernici acriliche
per la verniciatura di pareti e so

tti, nonché vernici ad olio per la verniciatura di strutture in acciaio, smalti e vernici impregnanti
per la verniciatura delle super

ci di legno.
Il dispositivo non è progettato per l’uso di apparecchiature di spruzzatura e nebulizzazione elettrostatica. È vietato utilizzare tali
apparecchiature in questo dispositivo, in quanto possono causare una serie di gravi rischi per gli operatori.
Durante l’uso del dispositivo possono formarsi gas, nebbie e vapori tossici. L’inalazione di tali sostanze comporta un grave rischio
per l’operatore e le persone presenti sul luogo di lavoro, nonché in condizioni particolari al di fuori del luogo di lavoro. Gas, nebbie
e vapori possono essere convogliati con aria e muoversi su lunghe distanze. Pertanto, assicurare sempre una ventilazione ade-
guata ed e

ciente sul posto di lavoro. L’operatore e le persone presenti sul posto di lavoro devono indossare le protezioni delle
vie respiratorie e gli occhiali protettivi. Prima di cominciare di spruzzare il materiale di rivestimento, leggere le informazioni fornite
dal produttore e seguire le sue istruzioni.
