Handling Incoming Calls
When you receive an incoming call, you can do the following:

Silence an incoming call.

Rejecting an incoming call.
-
Enable Do Not Disturb to reject all calls.
-
Set up Call Forwarding to automatically forward all incoming calls.

Forward an incoming call to a contact.
Silencing an Incoming Call
From the Incoming Call screen, you can stop the phone from playing ring tone.
To silence an incoming call:

Rejecting an Incoming Call
You can reject an incoming call. And this call will be logged to Received Calls list.
To reject an incoming call:

Rejecting Calls with Do Not Disturb (DND) Enabled
You can use DND to reject incoming calls automatically on the phone. The prompt message "
n
New Missed Call(s)
" ("n" indicates the number of missed calls) will appear on the touch screen,
and callers will receive a busy message. All calls you receive while DND is enabled will be logged
to Missed Calls list.

Enabling DND
To enable DND via phone user interface, do one of the following:

Swipe down from the top of the screen to enter the control center and toggle
DND
on.
The prompt message will display only if Missed Call Log for the line is enabled. Missed call log is
configurable via web user interface at the path

Do not disturb is local to the phone, and may be overridden by the server settings. For more
information, contact your system administrator.
