T1 is an estimate of the Round Trip Time (RTT)
of transactions between a SIP client and SIP
server.

Configures the session timer T2 (in seconds)

T2 represents the maximum retransmit
interval for non-INVITE requests and INVITE
responses. The re-transmitting and doubling
of T1 continues until the retransmitting time
reaches the T2 value.
X ranges from 1 to 6.
