The Yealink IP phone is designed to be easily used like a phone deployed on a public switched telephone network
(PSTN). You can place calls, answer calls, transfer a call to someone else, or conduct a conference call.

Modes
You can select the desired mode before placing a call, or can alternate among Speakerphone, Headset, and Handset
modes during a call.
You can switch the audio output mode of a phone.

Switching to handset mode
Pick up the handset to switch to the handset mode.

Switching to speakerphone (hands-free) mode
Press the Speakerphone key to switch to the speakerphone (hands-free) mode. The LED indicator glows green when
the speakerphone is activated.

Switching to headset mode
Press the HEADSET key to switch to the headset mode. The LED indicator glows green when the headset is activated.
Note
Your system administrator can disable you to use handset, speakerphone (Hands-free) or headset mode.
