Fault finding
Phone not registering: check the server address of the PBX and the user
name and password.
Function keys not working or Load error on pressing the PBX key: The xHTML
API on the PBX System Settings/CTI Services page must be enabled and the
PBX Firewall must be Unrestricted, for function key operation, as described in
the section “Allow the Cloud PBX communicate using xml messages” above.
