Muting and Unmuting Audio
You can mute the microphone during an active call, and then the other party cannot hear you.
Procedure
1.
During a call, press the mute key on the phone or tap
Mute
on the touch screen.
The mute key glows red.

To unmute audio, press the mute key on the phone or tap
Mute
on the touch screen.
Holding and Resuming Calls
You can place an active call on hold. Only one active call can be in progress on the phone at any time. Other calls can
be made and received while placing the original call on hold.

Procedure
During a call, press

Your phone will beep softly every 30 seconds to remind you that you still have a call on hold.
Resuming a Call
Procedure
Do one of the following:
• If only one call is placed on hold, select
Resume

• If multiple calls are placed on hold, tap the held call and then tap
Resume

Ending an Active Call
Procedure
Do one of the following:
• If you are using the handset, hang up the handset or select
End Call

• If you are using the headset, press the HEADSET key or select
End Call

• If you are using the speakerphone, press the Speakerphone keyor select
End Call
