Manual Firmware Download Instructions:
If your phone is unable to establish a connection to BroadCloud, you may need a firmware update before attempting to
contact the BroadCloud configuration servers. Confirm your phone’s firmware via the Status menu on the handset:
OK -> Status
-> Base
If the firmware is earlier than 25.80.0.15, you will need to perform a manual firmware download and upgrade

Visit
info.broadcloudpbx.com
to download the 25.80.0.15.rom minimum firmware from the manufacturer. Save the
downloaded file to your desktop.

Using your browser, log into the phone using the default (case-sensitive) username ("admin") and password
("admin").

Under the
Phone
tab, select
Upgrade
on the left sidebar, and beneath the
Select and Upgrade Base Firmware
,
select Browse.

Locate the folder where the downloaded firmware can be found. Select the firmware file.
5.
Click
Upgrade
, and your file transfer should begin. Once upgraded, you can confirm the new firmware via the Status
menu:
OK -> Status
-> Base

section of this document to complete the BroadCloud configuration.
