Trunks
External calls can be made through trunks on MyPBX U300. In this chapter, we give a
simplified guide to the MyPBX U300 users in setting up trunks. We describe E1/T1
trunk and how to configure MyPBX U300 to work with VoIP Providers.
E1/T1/J1 Trunks
MyPBX U300 provides one E1/T1/J1 interface and supports PRI, SS7 and MFC/R2
signaling protocols.
Select the E1 trunk and click
to edit it. Please confirm the E1 trunk information
with the E1 provider first, then configure the trunk on MyPBX. We describe the E1
trunk configurations according different signaling.
PRI
MyPBX can be set as PRI user side and PRI network side.
Choose the E1 trunk
“Signaling” as
PRI-NET
, MyPBX acts as user side.

PRI-CPE
, MyPBX acts as network side.
