Add Callback Rules
A callback rule will help you to manipulate the numbers call back from TG gateway. For some
GSM/3G/4G carriers, you need to add digits or strip digits for the incoming caller ID to ensure that TG
gateway can call back to the desired numbers.
Procedure
1.
Navigate to
Gateway > Routes Settings > Callback Settings
.
2.
Click
Add Callback Rules
.
3.
Choose which trunk will be used to call back.
4.
Set the callback rule.
Strip:
define how many digits will be stripped from the call in number before the callback is
placed.
Prepend:
define digits added before a callback number before the callback is placed.
