The seat rail slides can be moved to allow
access to the mounting holes in the seat rail.
To move the slide on the rail with the
adjustment lever, press outward and down on
the lever. This rail should be placed on the
passenger side of the seat. See Figure 4.
1) Place two 5/16”-18 x 1-1/2”(3) Carriage
Bolts and insert into the square holes in the
front square seat support tube as shown in
Figure 5.
2) Place the seat rails (41 & 74) on the bolts
coming out of the square tube. (If the bolts
are not accessible, then slide the rails
downward to access the bolts)
3) Place 5/16”-18 nylock nuts (34) onto bolts
but do not tighten. (Figure 6)
4) Slide rails up to access the lower holes.
Place two 5/16-18 x 1-1/2” (3) Carriage
Bolts and insert through the lower square
seat support tube. Then place male end of
seat belt (44) in between the seat support
tube and the seat rail as shown in Figure 7.
5) Tighten lower 5/16-18 nylock nuts (34),
slide rails down to access the upper nylock
nuts and tighten those as well. Repeat for
both sides.
