Directions
Place 1 tortilla in the Personal Griddle. Top ½ of
the tortilla with the burrata, peach slices,
blueberries, and a sprinkle of basil.
Cook in the Personal Griddle until the tortilla is
browned and the cheese is melted.
Fold over the top half of the tortilla to cover
the rest.
Remove from the Personal Griddle and let cool
slightly. Cut into triangle slices and serve.

1 peach, skin
removed and sliced
¼ cup blueberries
1 oz burrata or
fresh mozzarella
sliced basil leaves
balsamic glaze
1 whole wheat tortilla
