F30 Chain Control – Top Fix:

The cassette is pre-assembled and does not need to be opened. Check the
positioning of the cassette. (If intermediate brackets are supplied, for wider
units, fix cassette to the recess at equal space using the appropriate screws/
plugs. Fit the cassette to brackets.) Fix the side lugs to the recess using the
appropriate screws/plugs.

At minimum 600mm centres, drill 5mm fixing holes in edge of side
channels. Locate side channels to underside of cassette, ensuring that the
bottom bar slides down into the side channels.

Fix the side channels using the appropriate screws/plugs. The side channels
MUST be fixed square. Check this by measuring diagonals.

Close the screen and adjust the hold-down clips by screwing the top piece in
or out until there is no gap showing below the bottom bar.
