F30 Chain Control – Face Fix:

The cassette is pre-assembled and does not need to be opened. Slide the
brackets onto the cassette, check the positioning, and fix the brackets using
the appropriate screws/plugs.

At minimum 600mm centres, drill 10mm holes through front of the side
channels as shown, and 5mm fixing holes through the back.

Locate the side channels to the underside of the cassette, ensuring that the
bottom bar slides down into the side channels.

Fix the side channels using the appropriate screws/plugs. The side channels
MUST be fixed square. Check this by measuring diagonals. Close the
clearance holes with grommets.

Close the screen and adjust the hold-down clips by screwing the top piece in
or out until there is no gap showing below the bottom bar.
NB. To operate correctly, complete blind MUST be level.
