TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
The device does not work.
Readiness and heating
indicators do not light up.
The device is not plugged in.
Plug the device in.
Problem with electrical
installation / blown fuse.
Check electrical installation
safety equipment. If needed,
replace / reset it.
The device is damaged.
Contact authorized YOER
service.
The unit does not generate
steam. The readiness indicator
is lit up.
The water reservoir is empty.
Fill the reservoir to the “MAX”
level.
The steam shot functionality
does not work, condensed
water is coming out the
soleplate.
The iron is too cold.
Rotate the base to make sure
the iron is not in sleep mode.
Place the iron on the base and
put the temperature control
knob in the “•••” position. Wait
for the heating indicator to turn
off.
The iron heats up and functions
properly but the readiness
and/or heating indicator do not
light up.
Damaged indicator light.
Contact authorized YOER
service.
The volume of generated steam
is too low.
The iron is too cold.
Rotate the base to make sure
the iron is not in sleep mode.
Place the iron on the base and
put the temperature control
knob in the “•••” position. Wait
for the heating indicator to turn
off.
Water is the reservoir is running
out.
Refill the reservoir to the “MAX”
level.
Steam comes out the unit after
being placed on the base while
the steam generation switch is
in the neutral position.
There is condensed water in
the nozzles.
It is a natural phenomenon.
Steam should cease coming out
after a short while.
