The mask pattern is used to specify the bits in the output data to be changed. Only bits that
are set to 1 are changed; output of bits 0 are not changed.

Interrupt
An interrupt can be generated when a change in the input relays X

Specify an integer of the following structure (leading ‘0’s can be omitted):
Physical slot position where the pulse input module is installed (1 to 13)
Base module number
Main unit: 0
Sub unit: 1 to 7 (for sequence CPU)
