4.4.2
Hold
When mA output is held, contact outputs are activated (S1/S2/S3: close). Assign “mA1” “mA2”
“mA3” “mA4” on each hold contact output.
4.4.3
Wash
Contact output can control wash interval, while washing sensors being recognized as
intervention period of the regular measuring. The Wash cycle goes as follows:
Wash time (Tw):
Sensors are being washed chemically or by machine.
Recovery time (Tr)
Sensor system is being recovered.
After the recovery, the washing cycle ends to go back to the regular measuring mode.
When a contact output is set to Wash, if you use contact input, you need to set “Contact input
Wash” at Contact input settings.
If a reference electrode fails to show “Input resistance too low”, you can activate Wash with using
contact input and resume a wash cycle.

Hold during Wash
When “Hold during calibration” is “Enabled”, mA output is automatically held to the value seen
at the beginning of hold status, except for contact on which Wash is assigned. Go mA output
settings and select one out of “mA1” “mA2” “mA3” “mA4” to hold.
When “ Hold during calibration” is “Disabled”, Wash cycle does not influence mA output or
contact. Read 4.3.3. on “Hold during calibration”
