6.2. Trouble Shooting
If you need to contact our support, inform us of module number labeled on the product, module or
product revision and other information displayed on the detail device information.

6.2.1
Alarm
When the converter or sensors detect errors, the error information is displayed on Home/Main
screen.
When “Alarm NE107”* is “On”,
(“On” as factory default), according to the icons defined in NAMUR NE107*,

lights on upon detection of each
alarm.
When “Alarm NE107” is “Off”,
(Fault) or
(Warning) flashes on Main/Home screen.
If you tap an alarm icon shown on the screen, you can read the description of each alarm.
Tapping the description shows an example of a solution to the problem. For further information,

You can change alarm status in “alarm setting”. See 4.7 Error settings
Alarms are displayed according to the error status described here. There may be some other
alarms which are not to be configured in “Error settings.”

Fuse
FLXA402 is protected by fuse which provides overcurrent protection of inner circuit.
When you replace a fuse, be sure to power off, remove wires and shield cover.

Mounting hardware, Sun shade hood
After purchasing the product, you might need to purchase some optional parts, including
mounting hardware or sun shade hood, because of relocation of installation site etc.
