●
Always open the start switch gradually for the start.
●
Regarding to the noise level, national and /or local rule is
to be complied. It is necessary to use the tool under the
specified noise level in order not to cause the surround-
ings any trouble. Install the adequate interception wall
and other sound-proof equipments, if necessary.

The protection glasses, gloves (however, knitting gloves
such as cotton work gloves are excluded), a dustproof
mask and earplugs should be used during the work.
■
Caution during operation
●
Be sure to put a pair of ear plugs when the noise level
exceeds 85dB(A) at the stand position of the operator. It is
also recommendable to put ear plugs even for the level
less than 85dB(A).
●
Avoid the handling by which the impact is given and over-
loading operation by pressing the tool too hard.
●
Protect your hands and other part of body like feet from
grinding sparks during the operation.
●
Operator's protection measure including the installation of
dust suction equipment etc., is recommended, when too
much dust is generated by grinding work, depending on
the materials to grind.
●
Never touch the grinding attachment in rotation.
●
Do not touch the grinding attachment until coming to com-
plete stop, since it continues to rotate for a while even
after the throttle is off.
●
When sanding or polishing the plastic materials (induding
the painting), be careful since the static electricity
(discharge, electric shock) may occur.
