Target Programs

This treadmill features 3 target programs: 

Target Time 

Target Distance 

Target Calories

You can choose to workout by setting a target based on time or distance travelled or calories 
burned you want to achieve. Throughout these programs the user is free to adjust the speed if 
wanted. When reach your target the treadmill will sound a short alarm and end the workout by 
coming to a stop.
1.  Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on and the safety key is in position.
2.  Press ON / OFF button.
3.  Press the MODE button to select the target program mode.
4.  The default value is flashing on the window.
5.  Use the + / - buttons to set your workout target.
6.  Press START to begin your workout.
7.  Use the + / - buttons to change the speed during the workout.
8.  Use the 

    /     

 buttons to change the incline during the workout.

Pre-set Programs

This treadmill comes with 8 pre-set speed / incline programs available for you to choose from.
1.  Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on and the safety key is in position.
2.  Press ON / OFF button.
3.  Press the PROGRAM button to select the pre-set speed / incline program you want (P1~P8). 
4.  The default 30:00 is flashing on the window.
5.  Use the + / - buttons to set your workout time (8:00~99:00). Each of the pre-set program is 

made up of 10 segments and the length of each segment will depend on the time you set for 
your workout. When end up each segment the treadmill will sound a short beep alarm before 
changing to next segment.

6.  Press START to begin your workout. You can change the speed (1.0~13.0 kph) / incline (0~12 

level) at any point during the workout and the rest of segments will be adjusted by scale 
automatically.
