When you turn the cross trainer on, it will enter the main display mode, awaiting you to select a program
and begin your workout.
Manual Program: P1
In manual mode, the user if free to adjust the resistance level at any point throughout the workout.
1. Press “SET” button to confirm the “MANUAL” selection.
2. The value of “0:00” will be flashing in the “TIME” window.
3. Press or button to set your workout time.
4. Press “START / STOP” button to start this program.
5. Start pedalling to begin your workout.
Pre-Set Program: P2 ~ P10
There are 9 pre-set programs available for you to choose from. The resistance level adjusts automatically
throughout the program.
1. Press or button to choose your program (P2 ~ P10).
2. Press “SET” button to confirm your “PROGRAM” selection.
3. The value of “0:00” will be flashing in the “TIME” window.
4. Press or button to set your workout time.
5. Press “START / STOP” button to start this program.
6. Start pedalling to begin your workout.
NOTE: You can change the resistance level at any point during the workout and the rest of segments
individually.
NOTE: Each program is made up of 10 segments and the default is set 3 minutes per segment.
H.R.C. (Heart Rate Control): P11 ~ P12
HRC program work by automatically adjusting the resistance to keep your workout at your target heart
rate. To do this, the console pulse reading throughout the exercise, which it gets from you placing both
hands on the pulse sensors properly.

If your heart rate is too high, the resistance is decreased.

If your heart rate is too low, the resistance is increased.
The console features 2 heart rate control programs.
»
60% - Target to operate at 60% of your maximum heart rate to loss weight.
»
85% - Target to operate at 85% of your maximum heart rate to improve your stamina.
1. Press or button to choose your program (P11 ~ P12).
2. Press “SET” button to confirm your “PROGRAM” selection.
3. The value of “0:00” will be flashing in the “TIME” window.
4. Press or button to set your workout time.
5. Press “SET” to confirm your setting.
6. The value of “25” will be flashing in the “AGE” window.
7. Press or button to set your age.
8. Press “START / STOP” button to start this program.
9. There will be a value flashing in the “TARGET H.R.” window which is calculated by the age you set.
10. Start pedalling to begin your workout.
