Rigging guidelines
The following information is a guide to help the rigger understand some of the risks that chiller rig
may pose. It is not intended to provide the final instructions for the lifting event.
• When inserting the accessory lifting lugs into the respective holes in the base frame, note the
right-hand and left-hand orientation of these lugs, and secure using the locking pin.
• Use spreader bars to prevent the lifting chains from hitting the chiller. Unsecured chains can
damage the unit. You can use various methods of spreader bar arrangements, as long as it
keeps the unit stable.
• Never lift the chiller using a forklift or by a hook connected to the top rails. Use only the lifting
holes provided.
• Lifting instructions are placed on a label on the chiller and on the shipping bag.
