The purpose is to provide the message a mailbox owner hears on answering a call of

Messages are for telling callers how to start recording and how to end recording.

Mailbox Bottom Prompt
All messages have reported.
Mailbox owners will hear this prompt if selecting Option 2, 3, or 6 to the oldest message. A
mailbox owner whose mailbox has no message will also hear this on selecting Option 1
from the main menu.
