Time-out Action to Main Greetings
SYS_3_0_[X]
X: the option that determine how EVM processes the call when a caller does not respond to a
main greeting or the operators’ Busy Prompt (Default =1)
0= repeats the same greeting once; hangs up the call if the caller still does not respond to
the greeting.
1~9= maximum number of attempts to transfer the call to the service operator
determines the Time-out length.

X: 1 = using Number Repeat feature (Default)
2 = not using Number Repeat feature
Announcement Sound Volume Control
SYS_4_3_[X]
X: 1 = increasing the sound volume of announcements playing
2 = original sound volume (Default)
Time-out Action After Busy/No-answer Prompts
When a caller does not respond to a Busy Prompt or a No-answer Prompt, the call may be
transferred to the service operator or may be disconnected unless this is the first time and the call
can be transferred to a Personal Backup Extension or Group Backup Extension.

X: the option that determines how the EVM handles the call when a caller does not respond to
a Busy Prompt or a No-answer Prompt (Default=2)
1 = repeats the same greeting once; hangs up the call if the caller still does not respond to
the greeting.
2 = according to the option that is specified in
determines the time-out length.
Dialtone Detection for Call Hold
SYS_4_5_[X]
X: 1= the EVM will wait for the dial tone within a four-second period after sending out a
hook-flash for putting a call on hold; dials the phone number upon receiving any tone;
otherwise, sends a hook-flash again or hangs up after the third four-second period.
(Default)
2= the EVM only waits one second and then dials the phone number.
