Ringback Tone Cycle Lengths
The time lengths of two cycles of the ringback tone that Internal Tone Detection will identify.

If you directly set any Ringback Tone Cycle Length, the Automatic System Configuration mode
will be shut off.
If you delete the existing values after the Automatic System Configuration mode is shut off, the
built-in parameter is in place of this parameter.
As long as each ringback tone cycle detected on a call corresponds to the specified cycles either,
the EVM continues the tone detection till the Ring Duration timer expires.

Cycle OFF length is the maximum silent length allowed in tone detection, which enables
the EVM to detect that the call is answered even if the called party picks up the handset and does
not speak.
