Information Announcement Administration
Messages for information announcements may be recorded in any languages, but all the messages
for an information menu group should be only recorded in a language. If the recording language is

The main greetings of AA Service should announce the information of the menu number of each
main menu.

Methods of Recording Announcements
Using a standard telephone
1-a. On-site: plug a standard touch-tone telephone into the “PROG” jack; pick up the handset when
L1 is not in use.
1-b. Remote Control: make a phone call to the EVM.
2. Log in to the Administration Program; press 2 to select "To Edit Announcement".
3. Select the recording language. (Or dial 9 for Information Announcements.)
