During the closed hours, no service operator is on duty; the Mutual Mailbox prompts
callers to leave a message when they need help.
ADM_4_7_[9900], MB9900_VM_6_[55553911]:
During the holidays, callers needing help are transferred to Special External Phone
55553911.
ADM_5: Call-Forwarding List
ADM_5_[N~]_[X~]
N~: the extension number
0~9799= extension numbers or one-digit numbers (Note: numbers from 9800 to 9999 are
used to identify other feature settings.)
X~: the destination that is identified by one of the following numbers. (Default= empty)
0~8999= internal phone numbers
9000= using the wrong-number message (
or 19) to respond to the callers
dialing the extension number
9900~9989= mailboxes 9900~9989. The phone number of the destination is the Special
External Phone number that is stored in the VM_6 of the specified mailbox.
9999= using the mutual mailbox to allow callers to leave a message
*001~*008= *001 Hunt Group ~ *008 Hunt Group
Examples:
ADM_5_[6]_[1234], ADM_5_[567]_[1234]:
Allow callers to dial 6 or 567 to transfer their calls to internal phone 1234.
ADM_5_[7]_[*001]:
Allow callers to dial 7 to transfer their calls to *001 hunt group.
ADM_5_[8]_[9910], MB9910-VM_6_[55553900]:
Allow callers to dial 8 to transfer to Special External Phone 55553900.
ADM_5_[9]_[9999]:
Allow callers to dial 9 to leave a message, which will be deposited into the mutual
mailbox.
