Mailbox Program Access Request Code

XX: the Type code, which informs the EVM that a mailbox owner requests to log in to the
mailbox program.
YZ: the start of the EXTN field inside a DTMF Digit string carrying this Type code
01~09 (1~9), 0* (10)= number of digits before the EXTN field.
*1 ~ *9 = * indicates that the start of the EXTN field is not fixed but follows a digit of *
closely. 1 ~ 9 are used to specify the minimum number of digits (including this *)
appearing before the EXTN field.
#1 ~ #9, A1 ~ A9, B1 ~ B9 and C1 ~ C9 are similar to the functions of *1 ~ *9.
