If beginning with 00, the value specifies an operating-way option, the third digit of which
is an
(i.e. 001= Operating-Way Option 1).
If not beginning with 00, the value is the call retrieval feature code on trunk lines and
indicates the operating way is: sending a hook-flash and then dialing the feature code.
If this setting is empty, the operating-way is the same as on internal paths. (Default)
