The line number of L1 port must equal to the last two digits of the port number of the extension
port connecting to the L1 port of the EVM. The Line number of L1 port plus one is regarded as
the Line number of L2 port, and so on. Therefore, the port numbers of the extension ports
connecting to EVM must be consecutive.
The EXTN Field width must equal to the longest digit-length of the internal phone numbers.
