Overview
EVM Voice Mail System works with telephone system (PBX) to automate the call answering,
voice messaging, and call transferring.
EVM Voice Mail System provides three services:

Automated Attendant (AA) Service answers calls and transfers the calls to pre-defined
destinations or destinations that callers select; picks up unanswered calls.

Information Service provides frequently requested information to callers; enables callers to
search the transfer destinations systematically.

Voicemail Service allows callers to leave messages;
enables a mailbox owner to retrieve
messages and to send messages to other mailbox owners.
