Transportation & Storage
TRANSPORTATION
The SolarLEAF will be shipped at a SOC level of 30% to ensure transportation and storage safety. The units will be in a state of deep-sleep.
•
Battery & cells are monitored by the BMS
•
Battery port is disconnected from the rest of the power electronics
•
All (wireless and wired) communication is turned off within the SolarLEAF
STORAGE
Unmated plug connectors must be protected from moisture and dirt with a sealing cap (MC4 Article PV-BVK4 for sockets and PV-SVK4 for plugs). The
male and female parts must not be plugged together when soiled.
