From the protected position of the trapdoor, place
a trapdoor deck on
the 11th rung, counting
at the higher end.

Stand on the temporary
deck and, by using
the trapdoor of the higher
deck as a guardrail, fit the
4 rung frame to the lower
end of the tower, Fit a
diagonal brace on one
side of the tower,
between the 8th rung of
the higher end and the
16th rung of the
lower end.
