Blower cleaning
For every 15 days, it is to clean the air pipe, and blower to prevent foreign matters accumulated from
lowering effect of air out. Check if there is leakage, foreign matter, perform repair or maintenance. Long-term use
of blower will cause plenty of solid dust accumulated inside the it causing large noise and lower effect of air
exhaustion ventilation and smell elimination. In case of insufficient suck force causing unsmooth smoke expelled,
firstly power it off, remove the air-in pipe and air-out pipe from the blower, remove dust inside them, and then
turn the blower upside down, and push the blade of it till it getting clean, and then assembly the blower ready for
use:

Maintenance of blade/fine blade working platform
Each blade of the blade working platform is mounted on the workbench independently. The following
aspects should be noted during operating:
During daily work, do not touch the cutter with hard object or scratch the surface of the cutter directly;
For blade working platform, as the materials to be processed are hard, remember to avoid collision with
sharp blade when placing the material in order to avoid surface damage. After processing, clear the
residual debris on the blade surface to avoid affecting the suction effect or fire caused by scraps; for fine
blade working platform, as the materials to be processed are thick, soft cloth and other materials, it is
necessary to clean the scraps on the surface of the cutter with a brush after processing, or else it will
affect the suction effect of the worktable and thus affect the processing effect;
The cutter should avoid contact with corrosive liquids or gases;
If the cutter is damaged or deformed, remove it directly and replace.

Maintenance of honeycomb platform
The cellular net mounted on the working platform as a whole. The following aspects should be noted during
operating:
In daily work of the machine, do not touch or scratch the surface of the cellular net with a hard object;
