The RESERVED pin is defined as a reserved pin. It is recommended to be left floating and
not used.
PIN85 ~ 112 are heat dissipation pads, PCB packages need to reserve ground pads, and
ground treatment.
3.3 Power interface
CLM920_RC3 module power interface includes five parts:
VBAT_BB, VBAT_RF are the working power of the module
USIM_VDD is the power supply for the SIM card
VDD_EXT is 1.8V output power
VDD_SD is the power supply for SD card
USB_VBUS is the USB plug power detection.
3.3.1 Power supply design
The CLM920_RC3 module power interface is defined as follows

The CLM920_RC3 module uses a single power supply four-way power supply pin to connect
to an external power supply, PIN57 / 58 is an RF power supply, and PIN59 / 60 baseband
power supply.
