Replacing Switches and External Ports
8.1 Switch Main Assembly
For ① SWITCH_MAIN_ASSY_CSSD maintenance, refer to the following procedures.
1. Remove COVER RIGHT ASSY CSSD to unscrew 9 points. (⑤,
"Fig. 9: Disassemble Covers for Sensors or
2. Release 4 screws.
3. Disconnect cables with screwdriver.
4. Replace the unit with a new one and assemble in the reverse order of disassembling

When reassembling the unit, mind the cable direction like below figure.

8.2 Mode Switch Key
For ② MODE_SWITCH_KEY_K22-61K_CSSD maintenance, refer to the following procedures.
1. Remove COVER RIGHT ASSY CSSD to unscrew 9 points. (⑤,
"Fig. 9: Disassemble Covers for Sensors or
2. Loosen a nut fixed switch in the frame of the GoCart200 Omni.
3. Push the side hook like below fig. and disconnect cables.

4. Replace the unit with a new one and assemble in the reverse order of disassembling.
