Distinct black dots on the screen.

The dots are cosmetic blemishes resulting from tube production processes and do not interfere with
the reliability or performance of the binoculars.

The scope flickers, flashes or “snows”.

The binoculars may flicker or flash when used in a bright environment. Close the objectives with the
caps and enter a dark environment. The device will restore itself in several minutes - hours,
depending on how long the binoculars will be in a dark environment. The scope may flicker for
several seconds after the scope has been turned on even in a dark environment, but then it will
restore itself.
The scope may “snow” for several minutes after the scope has been exposed to a bright source of
light (daylight, car's headlights, fire) as well as if the scope is operated in complete darkness.

Image is not focused.

Adjust the focus of the eyepieces and the objectives (see “Use and Testing” section). Check that the
lenses are not foggy or dusty - clean the external surfaces of lenses with a soft cotton fabric. Replace
the battery, the total battery charge is less than 2.2 V.
When the binoculars are brought back into a warm environment, condensation may appear on the
internal lenses, you must wait two hours before using the unit again.

Visibility decreases or disappears.

Bright light sources such as car headlights may cause visibility to decrease or disappear and image to
flicker. Turn the power off and turn the binoculars away from the light source. The visibility will
restore itself in several minutes.
